USC Lancaster jumps on Spartanburg Methodist College early and coasts to 11-5 win

USC Lancaster took down Spartanburg Methodist College 11-5 on Saturday at Lancaster, SC after slamming Spartanburg Methodist College with eight runs in the first inning.


Wade Arduini recorded the win for USC Lancaster even though he allowed five runs over six innings. He struck out three, walked five and surrendered seven hits.

USC Lancaster was sparked by Colt Ellis and Randy Luckett, who teamed up for three hits and six RBIs.

USC Lancaster scored one run of its own in the third. USC Lancaster scored on an RBI single by Chaztin Venezia.

After posting one run in the fourth, USC Lancaster again scored one in the sixth. In the fourth, USC Lancaster scored on a sacrifice fly by Ellis, scoring Kal Davis.
